From Accuser To Belief
In the long history of Christianity there has been a huge conversation about Christ. Its 2000 years old and comes down to this- who is Jesus and what we do with him? People meet every year to discuss who Jesus was and what he said and what we're supposed to do with any of it. Christ was challenged in regards to who he was, what his relationship to God was, and how people were supposed to respond to him. Ultimately its this conversation that will drive Christ to the cross- he will die because of what he was saying and teaching about himself. In our times, there's a lot of spiritual talk; talk about God and loving him and loving him through serving others. As we talk about Christ and try to figure out who he is and what we're supposed to do with him, we must listen to what Jesus said about himself and realize that we can't separate the 'God' that we all like to talk about and what Jesus claimed about himself.
