Living By Your Guts
On Sunday, August 5th, Pastor Thomas will begin a new five week message series entitled: "Barking at the Moon". You will be challenged like never before to live on mission with God. So many people are living lives that could be described this way: "Barking at The Moon". They are not building a meaningful epitaph for their tombtone. For most of us our lack of focus on the purpose of God in all things has caused us to have much of our lives spent barking at the moon. Our lives are like the dog that looks up in the sky and makes a great deal of noise because he sees the moon. His barking doesn't change anything and could be deemed utterly pointless. You may be barking at the moon. Not because you are living in overt defiance of God. But possible becasue you are JUST living. So many of us are missing the point because our actions are not attached to the realization that we are worshiping with everything we do. In this series you will learn how to live with the continual thought: "I'm here for HIS glory, and that the radiation of that glory can change someone around me forever. We are here to change the world. We need to live on mission and stop living life like a dog barking at the moon!
