Exhort the Elders
1 Peter 5:1-5 As TSF continues to be led by the Spirit and operate according to scriptural principles, we have come to an important time in our church’s life. We are happily adding another elder to our leadership team and are so honored to have him with us. We strive to be a church that is marked by biblical standards and though we realize that we don’t always reach those lofty goals we are certainly on a path of reaching for them in every way possible. Biblical leadership and a plurality of elders is vital to a church’s health, and those elders need to be ready to lead the flock. God has entrusted his Bride to shepherds and he has entrusted those shepherds to the prayers and support of the sheep! Discover how you can exhort elders/leadership to lead like Jesus in order to please Jesus!
